普通の水ではなくレモン水を出すところも多いようですが、
実は水道水の塩素を取り除くためにレモンを入れていたのです。
レモンに含まれるビタミンCが残留塩素を分解してくれるので、ビタミンCが入っているのならレモン以外でもいいのですが、

レモン風味をつけることによって爽快感を味わえるためレモンを使用しているのです。
